We have a four step sanding procedure to assure a smooth sand job on your floors: Rough Cut, Medium Cut, Fine Cut , Disc Sanding. Finshing: Our most popular finishes are polyurethane-based, but we can also use epoxy and water-based products. It all depends on the effect that you desire to create and the type of wood flooring you have.
